To use our investment services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in account termination and legal action.

Regalia Trust provides access to logistics investment opportunities. By using our services, you understand and agree that:

• Investment Risk: All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• No Investment Advice: Information provided on our platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
• Due Diligence: You are responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before making investment decisions.
• Minimum Investment: Each investment opportunity has minimum investment requirements as specified in the offering documents.
• Lock-up Periods: Investments may have holding periods during which withdrawals are restricted.
• Fees: Management fees, performance fees, and other charges apply as disclosed in investment documentation.

Regalia Trust is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our compliance obligations:

• We conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all investors
• You must provide government-issued identification and proof of address
• We may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds
• We reserve the right to refuse service or freeze accounts pending verification
• Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law
• Enhanced due diligence may be required for high-value transactions

All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfers, wire transfers, and other methods as specified on the platform
• Processing Time: Deposits may take 3-5 business days to process and be credited to your account
• Withdrawal Requests: Subject to lock-up periods and available liquidity; typically processed within 7-14 business days
• Transaction Fees: You are responsible for any bank fees, wire transfer fees, or currency conversion charges
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in USD unless otherwise specified
• Failed Transactions: We are not liable for failed transactions due to incorrect banking information provided by you

Investment returns and dividend payments are subject to:

Our referral program allows investors to earn commissions by referring new investors:

• Referral commissions are paid as specified in each investment plan
• Referred investors must complete KYC verification and make a qualifying investment
• Fraudulent referrals or manipulation of the program will result in account termination
• Referral earnings are subject to the same withdrawal terms as investment returns
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

All content on the Regalia Trust platform is protected by intellectual property rights:

• Trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Regalia Trust
• Investment reports, analytics, and proprietary data remain our property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Use of our platform does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services for illegal purposes or money laundering
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to manipulate investment performance or market data
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or compromising platform security
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent investment limits
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users or staff
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Regalia Trust is not liable for investment losses or market fluctuations
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• You acknowledge that investment involves inherent risk of loss
• Platform availability is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services:

• Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
• Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
• Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Windsor, United Kingdom
• Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against Regalia Trust

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms and Conditions
• If we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity
• For failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes
• At your request, subject to settlement of all outstanding obligations
• For prolonged account inactivity (12+ months)

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any active investments will be settled according to their terms.
